Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is the background check included in the price?
The background check verification badge is included for all children's ministry partners. The actual background check screening has a one-time fee of $25, processed by our trusted partner.
Do churches pay per hire?
Free churches pay nothing to browse — they pay per contact request on a credits system. Pro and Premium church plans include unlimited contact requests and posting.
