By accessing or using ChurchConnect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Use of the Platform
ChurchConnect provides a marketplace for churches to find and engage ministry service providers. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Contractor Relationships
ChurchConnect facilitates connections between churches and independent contractors. We are not a party to any agreements between churches and contractors, and are not responsible for the quality of services provided.
Limitation of Liability
ChurchConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
